Shipping and Returns
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of over $200.00. All orders will be shipped by ground via either common carrier or truck freight (LTL shipping). Expedited shipments are available at an additional cost. All listed lead and delivery times are in business days, they are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carriers may require a signature before leaving shipments. Special order and "Name your Price" products usually ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor and may have longer lead times. Truck freight delivery is "to the back of the truck", if you need lift gate service additional charges could apply.
New, unopened merchandise sold by Power Productions, can be returned within 21 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions listed below. All returns must be pre-approved by Power Productions, Inc., call 251-625-2801 to speak with a customer service representative. Returns received without prior authorization will be refused. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee charged for all returns that were not due to our error.

Shipping Damage and Defective on Arrival Items
It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all shipments received for freight damage including each box in multiple box shipments. Report any damage to the carrier within 24 hours. If the shipment is by truck freight inspect all boxes and/or pallets before the driver leaves and note any damage or shortages on all copies of the Bill of Lading before signing for the shipment. In all cases, take pictures of the damage, contact us and the freight company as soon as possible and keep all items and packing materials until the claim is settled.
If a item is dead or defective upon receipt (DOA), please contact us immediately for return authorization. DOA items can be returned for exchange only. If a refund is requested and approved, then the standard return policy and restocking fee will be applicable to the order.
Damaged or defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model in accordance with the manufacturers warranty.
